  OneFacility revolutionizes the way a building operates. It substitutes ON-LINE methods for the traditional telephone / letter / fax/ e-mail way of doing business inside a property. Instead, any tenant of the property, whether the property manager, a building guard, a tenant administrator, a building engineer or just one of the tenants can, depending upon "permissions" granted, compose, access and process requests, run reports, or access important documents or other

information from their PC at their desk. Each request becomes a record in OneFacility's powerful databases. Each record is date & time-stamped, and a history is kept of every intervention on that record since its creation.

A main application of OneFacility is security. Tenant Administrators maintain a list of their current employees from which security cards and photo IDs are issued for access to both the property and the tenant spaces. In no time, the OneFacility employee databases become the most trustworthy evidence of a building’s

population and, as such, are made to serve many other needs, such as visitor/vendor admissions, automatic postings to interactive directory screens, life safety assignments, or the management of vendor lists and work orders.

OneFacility is a national website: it supports all client buildings and all client tenant spaces. This provides for the on-line management of building portfolios or corporate facilities. Building owners can now manage security, vendors and work orders in many buildings from the PC in their offices and corporate managers can maintain a database of all employees nationwide and provide them with consistent security IDs and access rights to as many offices as needed.

To round off its usefulness as a management tool, OneFacility also supports the viewing of cameras over the Internet. This, of course, requires that an Internet-capable CCTV system be installed at the site(s), but once this has been accomplished, building owners and corporate directors can view real time or recorded video from any camera in any building at any time.
