The control of visitor and vendor admissions is even more important that the control of tenant access into a property. Adequate security is achieved only if those who are admitted to the property are tenants carrying a valid security card or visitors and vendors who were invited into the property as evidenced by a Visitor (or Vendor) Admission Request entered into the visitor admissions system.

With OneFacility Visitor Admissions, the property's tenants can create Visitor Admission Requests at their

desk, and the guards can view and process these requests at the Visitor Admissions Stations in the lobby.

Touchcom's access control system features a visitor login and badging system that replaces the cumbersome, unsightly, and often times illegible handwritten sign-in sheets. The guard processes visitors by electronically logging them in and out during security hours, with the option of generating a printed pass.

The system time and date stamps each visitor, captures their name and associates them with the individual or company they are visiting. All of this information is plainly displayed on the badge. This feature is useful in the event of an incident, when a complete electronic report of who is in the building is vital.
